Description: A wonderfully sweet summer cocktail to be enjoyed all year round.
Method: Place 1 part cointreau with 1 part pineapply juice. Put the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and cover with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a high glass. Strain 1 part gin over the top. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve.
