Description: A deliciously different cocktail, this is a sweet cocktail that has a wonderful apple flavour to it. If you can add fresh mint, the effect is wonderful.
Method: Put 4cl of Baracdi apple rum into a cocktail shaker. Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, a wedge of lime, chopped fresh mint and 6cl of soda water. Add ice and shake vigorously. pour into a tall glass.
