Description: Fruity, juicy and fantastically summery, this cocktail makes a wonderful combination of the bitterness of Campari with the sweetness of the fruit juices.
Method: Put 3cl of Campari into a cocktail shaker, add 4cl of orange juice, 4cl of pineapple juice and a splash of lemonade. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a high glass.
